Strategic Operations & Organizational Design Leader
I eliminate operational drift by architecting the high-integrity systems that allow your mission to survive reality.
My work is to step into high-variance environments, diagnose the mechanical failures, and engineer the scalable, stable infrastructure that allows complex organizations to hold their shape.
What I Do:
Systemic Architecture (Structural Design): I diagnose operational drift and build the frameworks that let companies move fast without breaking. I fix broken management pipelines and systematize outcome-based metrics.
Executive Alignment (The Human Machine): As a certified executive coach (PCC), I pair structural design with human co-regulation. I have advised senior executives at Meta, Snap, Latham & Watkins, and Dataminr, aligning their leadership behaviors with operational shifts to stabilize execution during periods of hyper-growth. I ensure the leadership team is as resilient and attuned to structural realities as the systems they manage.
Structural Execution (Strategic Pivots): I lead high-stakes organizational transitions—from ~175-person merger integrations to federal regulatory negotiations—with a focus on material outcomes over ideological noise. I lead with high relational presence, ensuring that the human systems adopt structural changes without fracturing.
Fractional Leadership (Principal Roles): I step into the chair at mission-driven organizations at inflection points — where the mandate is equal parts external storytelling and internal architecture. I bring the structural rigor to scale the operating system and the executive presence to build the cross-sector coalitions that drive growth. The best infrastructure is only as strong as the leader accountable for it.
