Hi, I’m Bhavna.
I'm a systems architect built for complexity. I don't believe hustle is a strategy — I believe infrastructure is. My work is to step into high-variance environments, identify the mechanical failures, and build the scalable, high-integrity systems that allow complex organizations to hold their shape.
My research on innovation efficiency — including my paper on intermediary waste in high-stakes deployments, published on SSRN — informs how I design operational systems that eliminate friction and enforce measurable outcomes.
My Approach
Early in my career — as a Columbia historian and Division I athlete — I learned that discipline is the difference between potential and performance. I've carried that into 12+ years of Strategic Operations and Organizational Design, working across startups, family offices, and enterprise environments where the stakes were high and the margin for drift was zero.
I am a Strategic Advisor who builds Organizational Architecture.
My work isn't about keeping the lights on. It’s about building the cove — a protected, high-functioning baseline where bold missions can actually survive the open ocean of market volatility. Whether I’m resolving a federal compliance crisis for a private asset portfolio, engineering a board-ready strategic roadmap for a venture-backed startup, or designing the org structure that holds a complex merger together — the goal is always the same: protect the vision by building the infrastructure required to sustain it.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I pair that structural design with executive insight and partnership. The best systems only work when the people running them do too.
CORE EXPERTISE
Operational Architecture: Building the scalable systems and decision frameworks that eliminate drift and keep organizations functioning at full capacity.
Strategic Governance: Designing board meeting strategy, executive communications, and the infrastructure that keeps leadership aligned and effective.
Organizational Design: Engineering org structure, management pipelines, and the human systems that allow companies to scale without breaking.
PUBLISHED RESEARCH
The Efficiency Audit: Eliminating Performative Intermediaries in High-Stakes Deployments SSRN | February 2026
An audit quantifying the operational and financial cost of intermediary waste in high-stakes innovation spending. This research establishes a baseline for measurable success, proposing a framework for capital efficiency built on physical mechanisms rather than performative processes.
